Dog Rehabilitation Therapy

(aka "Dog Physical Therapy")

Is your dog scheduled to have surgery that will require additional care during recovery to help put it back on its paws?

Dog rehabilitation adapts human physical therapy techniques to increase function and mobility of joints and muscles in your dog.

Rehabilitation therapy can reduce pain and enhance recovery from injury, surgery, degenerative diseases, age-related diseases, and obesity.

The goal of rehab therapy for your dog is to improve quality of life and decrease pain.

Michelle studied pre-Physical Therapy when she sought her degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology to help humans recover from injuries and surgeries.

Having gained that knowledge and experience, she has been able to adapt those physical therapy techniques to help dogs that have had ACL repairs to recover.
